SEND WITH COURIER:

Delivery by courier is carried out throughout Greece and usually the delivery time is 1-3 working days from the address (details) you will give us.

(Usually the delivery time is the next day if the order is confirmed by 14:00 and the products are immediately available)

The lowest shipping cost is €4.50 / 2 kilos and €1.00 for each additional kilo. In cases where it is cash on delivery, there will be an extra cash on delivery cost of €2.00

NOTE :

1. Delivery by courier is allowed up to 30 kg.
2. Bulky products are shipped with a carrier.
3. Shipping costs are included in the purchase invoice or, respectively, in the retail receipt.
4. Usually for the area of Thessaloniki, most products are sent the next working day by our means after telephone consultation.

COLLECTION FROM THE STORE:

For collection from our headquarters you can complete your order and soon we will contact you for the exact time and day regarding the collection of your products from our physical store.

(Our store is normally open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but in order to provide technical support, it would be good to have a prior telephone consultation.)

SHIPPING BY TRANSPORT COMPANY:

Products from 30 kg or more or bulky products are shipped to Thessaloniki using our own means and are free. For orders outside Thessaloniki, they are sent with a cooperating transport company, you also have the possibility to choose the transport agency that serves you after consultation through our telephone contact.

NOTE:

1. The cost of shipping depends on the place of shipment and the weight of the goods
2. The cash on delivery service with the possibility of delivery with a transport company is not possible
3. Deliveries are made upon consultation within the opening hours of the physical store
4. If you wish to choose your own transport company with which baristaparts.gr does not cooperate, then in addition to the transport costs charged to the buyer, there is also an additional cost of €5.00 for sending the goods to each transport company.

FOR PURCHASES OVER €80.00, SHIPPING IS FREE

It is noted that:

For bulky items such as, for example, (coffee machines, coffee grinders, ice machines) or for orders that exceed the total weight of 5 kg, then there is a shipping fee, regardless of whether your order exceeds €80.00. In such a case, you will be informed by phone.

It is emphasized that the shipping cost that you will indicate at checkout after completing your order will be indicative and not final .

Your order is sent to the respective transport company until 15:00 noon (working day), after this time the parcels are sent the next day.

GENERALLY:

1. For shipments outside of Greece, please contact us so that we can arrange the method of shipment - delivery to you.
2. For orders regarding made-to-order products, please contact us by email or call us to arrange the day of delivery - collection.
3. All products are transported at your own risk.
